PART TIME PROPERTY SCOUT (TAMESIDE). This position is filled.
£6 per hour plus commission and mileage expenses.
The job:
The remit of this individual is to scour the local area for properties that are currently available ‘to let’ or ‘for sale’ by completing a full drive through of the local street network watching for competitor advertising boards. Owing to the long periods of time sat in a vehicle this job would probably not suit anyone with back problems. Once the addresses are recorded in detail the scout’s job will be to place all of these addresses on computer using a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet ready to be emailed to the Red Roof Office. The hours for the job initially are guaranteed at 10 hours a week. For the right individual with the desire to work longer hours the job remit can be expanded into other Manchester areas or incorporate other tasks.
The estimated earnings including commission are forecast at £520/month for 10 hours a week. Commission will take time to come through in the first few months as it is paid only when Red Roof invoices are paid.

The job is incredibly flexible to fit around your busy lifestyle. Provided 40 hours are worked every 4 weeks, these can be worked at any time to suit yourself. Holiday pay: Every 13th Week in the quarter is paid as holiday provided that the preceeding 12 weeks have been worked to schedule.
Progression:
For the right individual this job role could develop into a wider sales role with the opportunity to maximise commissions by proactive selling of the companies excellent property solutions.
The Applicant:
Must hold a full UK driving licence. Must have access to a suitable reliable vehicle and home PC. Must be computer literate. Must pay attention to detail.
Preference will be given to persons who have detailed knowledge of the Tameside street network (e.g. have done mincab/taxi work, former Royal Mail post deliverers) in the past.
