Do I need a home information pack?

Nearly all residential properties require a HIP that is nearly fully compiled before any advertising can be done. One important exception is tenanted property where the tenants will stay with the property on completion.

Can you conduct viewings for us?

Yes. If you wish, your account manager will conduct your viewings in your absence.

How do we manage our keys on the move day?

Either leave your keys with your conveyancer on the day of your move or allow your buyers to collect the keys directly from you. If necessary your Red Roof Account Manager can usually personally pass the keys to the new buyer.

Can you recommend a solicitor?

Yes. We have good relationships with a number of solicitors. By using these solicitors a smooth conveyancing process can be ensured especially in respect of Red Roof assisting the process efficiently with these legal partners.

How quickly will you sell my home?
